  • Absolute Basics currently ships only within India.
  • We deliver to all states and union territories in India.
  • There are no pincode restrictions at present.






2. Shipping Partners



  • Orders are shipped through reputed third-party logistics and courier partners, including major national shipping providers.
  • The selection of courier partner is at the sole discretion of Ruvico Consumer Pvt. Ltd., based on serviceability and operational considerations.






3. Order Processing Time



  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation and payment.
  • Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
  • In case of high order volumes, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may be delayed. Customers will be informed accordingly.






4. Delivery Timelines



  • Estimated delivery time across India is up to 10 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on customer location, courier partner operations, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.






5. Shipping Charges



  • Shipping is free on all prepaid orders across India.
  • No minimum order value is required to qualify for free shipping.






6. Cash on Delivery (COD)



  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders.
  • COD charges may apply, and the fee may vary depending on the order value.
  • Any applicable COD fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.






7. Order Tracking



  • Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp on their registered mobile number.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.






8. Damaged or Tampered Shipments



  • If your order is received in a damaged, leaked, or tampered condition, please do not accept the package or notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images/videos.
  • Such cases will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, subject to verification.






9. Lost or Undelivered Orders



  • If an order is lost in transit or undelivered due to courier issues, we will coordinate with the logistics partner to resolve the issue.
  • Resolution may include a replacement or refund, as deemed appropriate after investigation.






10. Return Shipments



  • In cases where returns or exchanges are approved, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer, unless otherwise specified or required under applicable law.

11. Delays Beyond Our Control



  • Absolute Basics shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or courier partner disruptions.
